Området
Christianshavn ligger mitt i Köpenhamn, mellan Amager och Inderhavnen. Stadstdelen grundlades 1618 som en handels- och hantverksby med ett eget rådhus. Trots de stigande husprisen finns fortfarande tecken på kvarterets historiska status som arbetarkvarter. Christianshavn är omringat av kanaler och gröna områden och är mycket populärt bland köpenhamnare som vill njuta av en pizza eller en kopp kaffe vid kanalerna. Utöver en mysig gåtur på de gamla kullerstensgatorna har området många attraktioner att bjuda på. Från Vor Freslser kyrkas gyllene torn kan du njuta av utsikten över staden. Om du tar turen förbi Overgaden kommer du till Institutet för samtidskonst där kulturella upplevelser väntar. Fristaden Christiania är i närheten och restaurangen Spiseloppen rekommenderas varmt.
