Superläcker 100% nyrenoverad ljus och skön lägenhet där allt är nytt. Ren lyx mitt i Köpenhamns centrum. Lägenheten är på 85 kvm inkl. 15 kvm privatterrass.

Lägenheten innehåller:

Entré, kombinerat vardagsrum/matsal/kök kombinerat toalett/badrum med dusch, gästtoalett, sovrum med dubbelsäng. Direkt utgång från vardagsrummet till den samhällen terrassen med salongsmöbler.

Utöver detta är lägenheten utrustad med:

WiFi, TV med internationella kanaler, diskmaskin, kombinerat tvättmaskin/torktumlare.

Lägenheten är på 1:a våning i en fastighet med hiss, med direkt ingång från lägenhetens entré.

Vi är ofta rätt flexibla när det gäller tidig incheckning eller deponering av resväskor från kl 10:30 på incheckningsdagen, beroende på när den föregående gästen lämnar lägenheten.

Fantastiskt läge på gågatan Købmagergade. Gågatan Strøget, Köpenhamns stora gågata, är precis runt hörnet med Illum mitt emot; det finns alla möjliga shoppingmöjligheter här.

Købmagergade är en berömd del av Köpenhamns gågataområde och det finns inte trafikbuller.

Lägenheten är nära grönområden såsom Den kungliga trädgården vid Rosenborg slott. Shopping är precis utanför dörren. Købmagergade för dig direkt till Nørreport Metrostation. Det finns massor av sightseeing inom gångavstånd.

Location was excellent. Property lovely and spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, TV / reading area seperate to the lounge. Had issue with heating which was dealt with by Apts in Copnhgn as soon as they were made aware.
